Adults (Ages 13+)

Are you interested in losing weight, self-defense, a great exercise program, or joining a tight-nit family community? Then Dynasty Jiu Jitsu is going to be a great place for you. Our Jiu Jitsu is designed to focus on the core techniques that every jiu jitsu practitioner should know. With this program, students will be able to improve their overall jiu jitsu knowledge, improve their movement and coordination, and receive an introduction to more advanced jiu jitsu techniques. Students are highly encouraged to ask questions in order to improve their individual understanding of the techniques and positions.

PROGRAM GOALS: 

  • Introduce and develop the fundamental techniques of Jiu Jitsu
  • Improve student’s overall jiu jitsu knowledge
  • Delve into more advanced and modern jiu jitsu techniques
  • Build a more complete game

CURRICULUM INCLUDES: 

  • Attacks, defensive techniques and escapes from every position
  • Instruction on advanced jiu jitsu techniques and positions
  • Core concepts and ideas
  • Positional, situational and live sparring
  • Question & Answer sessions

KIDS (age 4-7)

Participating in Jiu Jitsu carries incredible benefits for people of any age, but particularly with young kids! Along with increased physical fitness, our kids are able to develop life skills like self-awareness, self-confidence, respect for others, discipline, teamwork, and servant-leadership that will help them learn to get along well with others and avoid bullying. Centered around introducing our youngest athletes to the fundamentals, our kids classes teach the art of Jiu Jitsu in a fun and well-rounded manner. Through games and engaging drills, we expose them to each basic skill in a way that is easy to understand and develops a strong base for future advancement. This program is not just supervised play, we will have your kids grappling in no time!

Youth (AGES 8-14)

At Dynasty Jiu Jitsu, we believe that Jiu-Jitsu is not just another activity on the calendar. It is a means to individual development and personal growth. Strength, self-awareness, respect, discipline and responsibility are common core values taught within our youth program. This program is designed to build a strong foundation in your student’s practice and move to mastery of the techniques introduced in our kids program. Our youth program will improve your child’s coordination, movement, and agility. Students will also receive a comprehensive overview of all positions and techniques as well as an introduction to the more advanced Jiu jitsu curriculum.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available to all academy members and visitors, and are a great way for more concentrated instruction, tailored to your individual needs and experience level. Kids or adults will have the opportunity for more in-depth exploration of techniques and positional study in a more exclusive learning environment.
